Nonviolent Public Licenses

Nonviolence standard.

The Nonviolent Public License is an open source license that aims to disallow the use of the licensed work for violent, coercive, discriminatory, or environmentally degrading purposes.

The project includes an alternate version that also restricts commercial use to individuals and worker-owned cooperatives.

This license covers several formats of creative work with particular focus on software.
